The downfall of the Tal Moorell and the rise of the Purifying Blade

As the public opinion of magic began to turn a group of warriors, anti-magic zealots began appearing in settlements speaking about the evils of magic. The more they spoke the more followers they gathered. Speaking became yelling. Gatherings became riots. Until one day they acted. In areas where the Tal Moorell's control was the weakest, mobs rose up and burned down their outposts and killed every member they could find. Members of the Tal Moorell were caught between angry mobs and corrupt leadership. Very few of them managed to escape. As the mobs grew they unified under a single name. The Warriors of the Purifying Blade. Soon armies marched across Aloran destroying major outposts until they marched upon the Cristallin Forum and wiped out the remnants of the Tal Moorell and what was left of the Crystal Age.
