Gloves Of The Amputee

Jet black gloves with the stretch all the way to the shoulder. These gloves were crafted long ago in a now fallen city by several archmages in a desperate attempt to bolster the cities defenses with the injured and dismembered members of the city to prevent the destruction of their city. Unfortunately their plan failed and all members of the city died including the archmages who crafted these gloves. The knowledge used to make these gloves was then lost and all attempts to recreate them so far have failed. Requires Attunement
-If someone who is missing an arm puts on both gloves (one going as far as it can on the missing hand or arm) the glove that is missing part of the limb actually expands to the point where it mirrors the intact arm. You gain full use of this ghost appendage as if your arm was still there and you even gain feeling in it.
-While wearing these gloves you have a +2 to your strength as long as it does not exceed 22. The glove has a minor magic shield covering it preventing it from being ripped, cut or otherwise destroyed.
