Dark Cities

Dark Cities is the term used to describe a settlement built by creatures deemed to be evil and criminals. Here there are often few laws if any. The existence of these settlements is typically a well-kept secret. People that serve the Goddess known as the Lawbringer and members law enforcement are normally attacked on sight by those that choose to populate these settlements.
