Liyah Moonshadow is an odd case of a Rust Hag, while most of her kin are rough and have ust colored skin she instead appears as a young still human woman with Emerald Eyes and an unnatural charm. Howeve her appearance contradicts her kind, she remains an excellent markswoman and an expert in magical secrets as she was able to slip past Numiner, Klexia and Ashara Andronas' wards surounding Dragonholme to steal her daughter from her Father's care and able to fire and wound the Great Wyrm Shizani Ashdew before the Dragoness was able to fire a single shot.
She appears to be working in concert with the Entity known as the Black Mask but her motives are unknown.
