Kazar
Commander of the Second Host's Third Choir, Kazar
An a\angel of Celestia and a Member of the Second Host of Celestia, he was formerly one of the Commanders of Zefer Ashdew. Following the Demonic Invasion of Moledar and the Execution of the Heaven's Light Cult, he is now the Keeper of Order within the Settlement of Heaven's Reach.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
As a Planetar, Kazar is an extreme example of physical strength. This has been augmented by personal training with Archangel Ashdew and her insistence that he spar with the Outsider Cian Lamplier. While he may be loathe to admit this fact it has afected his fighting style, as he now employs a martial art reminiscent of Cian's own style of fighting alongside his own skills with a Glaive.

Personal history
Kazar began his life merely as a Soldier within the Second Host's Ranks within Celestia, here he followed Archangel Zefer and her Force Commander into Battle against the Lower Planes hundreds of times until one day he was cornered by one of the Daemon Riders of the Apocalypse, Szuriel the Ride of Destruction, alongside his Archangel and a fellow Angel, Garuna. Zefer had been wounded by the Lord of Pestilence and was struggling to maintain her form as other Daemons encircled the trio. Garuna held the line and defended her Archangel while Kazar dueled with Szuriel himself.
The Angel could never hope to manage to best the Daemon Rider, that is the realm of the Gods and he was naught but a Deva. But he fought and fought and managed to buy enough time for members of the First Host to come and save Zefer. Unfortunately as aid arrived, Kazar and Szuriel exchanged blows one final time and the Angel was impaled on the Rider's blade, only carving a long groove into the Rider's helm in exchange.
Kazar's body was returned to Celestia with Garuna being carried alongside an injured Zefer as Ari Ashdew finished the battle with Szuriel. Not wanting to lose such a capable and courageous warrior, Zefer called upon the Goddesses Klexia and Arazni to weave profane magics to return life to Kazar's body. They succeeded and he was reborn not as a Deva but as a Planetar with Blackened Wings and dark eyes. He retained his loyalty to Zefer and he served as a Commander of the Third Choir. Over time he was part and parcel to the Battles between Zefer and Iomedae and on one of these battlefields he met a young Angel named Arkael.
The Desnan Servant and Kazar grew close quite quickly in their efforts to prevent more clashes between Zefer and Iomedae and friendship rapidly gave way to a more intimate relationship. When Iomedae heard of their relationship she sent her servants to have Arkael removed from duty and in a show of Loyalty to the Goddess he attacked and injured Kazar. Following this Kazar hid himself from Arkael and the two did not speak again before Arkael's Death, though Kazar is known to be one of the Rare Angels who has befriended Sanguinia.
During the Demonic Invasion of Moledar Kazar and his Choir aided Zefer against the Minor Demon Lord Quarat and aided in the defense of the city of Gnommengrad. When Archangel Ashdew was informed of the Heaven's Light Cult, she and the Third Choir journeyed to Heaven's Reach and annihilated the Cult's Leadership. Kazar was let to watch over the city to ensure they did not relapse to their old ways, and he still retains his command of the Third Choir despite his absence from Celestia.
