Known across the realm as the most technologically advanced city, Excelsior is the shining beacon of progress across all the lands of Alluvia. The Alluvian Concord -- the human, elven and dwarven monarchies of Geneva, Vanaren'silas and Mag'Thurum respectively as well as the theocracy of Solaria all contributed to its creation.
Excelsior is a living, breathing symbol of the concord. With all four constituents of the allied civilizations contributing their respetive expertise in the city's progress, it is nonetheless also a symbol of the four nation's union with each other. While it is located within the borders of Geneva's territory, it is nonetheless an autonomous state that is loyal to all four nations that created it.
