The god of the underworld and conquest, the son of Evshalam and Amvara, Lukihra has been tasked with the control of the afterlife. He is somewhat resentful of this, often feeling like he was given the task to remove him from the Overworld's struggles for control. While he was supposed to take in the souls of the departed, he violated this role to make a statement, causing the dead to rise once again. Only through Rhelesh's harsh response did Lukihra stop his campaign, but still allows many dead to rise up instead of protecting them from such a fate.
Edicts: The dead are a resource, use it. Claim what you want, crush resenters.
