Phae Lord
The Phae Lord is the ruler of the Phaery Realm. The Phae Lord lives and rules his realm from the Phaery Halls, and never leaves them, which is why very few people have ever even seen him. The few who have seen the Phae Lord say that he is like an ancient man with a long, gray beard, green robes and a large oaken staff. The Phae Lord hates any sort of geographic certainty and has tried in vain to dismantle the Road of Hame(Ha-Mey). The Phae Lord has also waged a great war against the goblins of the Alguay Peaks. How the war is fought is unknown, and it is unknown whether the Phae Lord actually has any real power, since most of his phae subjects don't ever seem to take him seriously.

Nobody knows anything about the Phae Lord other than the fact that he has been ruler for a very long time, and hasn't done much of value at all, other than wage a useless and possibly fake war against the goblins in the Alguay Peaks. The Phae Lord has probably always been wise, and has attempted to dismantle the Road of Hame as soon as it was created.
