Councilor Laev'mar Renn'vael Ghisdan (a.k.a. Mara)
Elected into the ruling Council of Jala'ran, Laev'mar has found herself as acting head of the Council, guiding many of the meetings that take place and issuing statements and decrees on the Council's behalf. She was hesitant to take up the mantle in the early days, but has learned to fill her role in it's entirety, and more. The people of Jala'ran hold her in high regard, and she has become very effective at interacting with the community.

Personal history
Laev'mar grew up in Jala'ran, and always had a love for the diversity and center of adventure that it is. She studied at the Cultural Center as she came into adulthood and learned as much as she could about history, society, and public relations. She knew that she wanted to be a part of the Council from a young age; she had many ideas on how things could improve around the city. Once she finally reached her goal, she didn't realize that she would be thrown right into being Council Head soon after arriving in her position. She worked hard and learned fast to manage the workings of the Council and deal with the responsibility of managing the city and its people.
Sexuality
Definitely more feminine than most Genasi would be, when she does become intimately involved, her fiery passion reveals itself.
Mental Trauma
She has been afraid of riding ships across larger bodies of water ever since she was young. Her family was riding near some islands out in the ocean en route back to the port of Jala'ran when a storm overtook their ship, and her brother fell overboard and was lost to the waves.

At her home in Harborview Hall, she keeps a domesticated wyvern-drake. His name is Ember, and he is 3 feet long, very skinny, red scaled, bearing large leathery wings for his size.
