Nocta Tarsh

One of the wizards working with Fandantulus, she was tasked with researching and developing the arcane knowledge around the areas of summoning spells, Tarsh developed several new ways of using the magic of summoning and controlling beasts.
She was one of the first of The Lightshield Council  to start to plan for what could happen after the use of The Artifact and started to create arcane defences to protect the fragments of the great work to defend it from later threats.
