Kolmino

The small triangular island of Kolmino is the southernmost island of all and is therefore also the coldest, which is one reason why the spore forests are only present in the northern part of the island. Kolmino has the densest natural forest of all Alkumeri, acting as the main wood supplier for Pamaja and other outlying towns and continents. Most ships pass by Kolmino, so the island is inhabited by a wide variety of people and also serves as a trading hub between the other islands. The mountain range on Kolmino is rich in raw materials, just like on Kraatteri, but it is much smaller and the mine sites are limited. The mountain range is also one of the reasons why the northern spore forest cannot spread further, and to maintain this in the future, stone extraction has been limited. The mountains should also be preserved for the long term, according to Kolminus, as any gap could bring spores into the southern part of Kolmino which should be prevented by all means nessesary.
