Venek
Roughly a week's journey to the SE of the Oasis was a trading post that filtered on the edges of the desert and the southern lands. Another week south would lead to the Continental Road and to the east was the Mountains seperating the Lezzenee Desert . This was the place that Soloana was hired for the job. When asked specifically where to and why? The response was "The Dead Oasis, about a week's trek NW of here, and because we're needed".
Solana had been a wanderer among the desert for a bit, and the locals, while not exactly friendly with her, knew that she could find her way around the desert. She had returned many times and mostly kept to herself outside of the purchases. It was during one of these resupply runs that she met Venek. Venek was a Human warrrior. A little over 6', his black hair falling just above his shoulders with a small across his right temple. It looked like he'd normally wear a variation of metal armor, but during desert travels, smartly switched to a leather variant for heat purposes. He wielded a single longsword which he seemed more than proficient in and carried a shield. He wore a cloak for nightly camping, and seemed to have no issues with camping in the desert terrain. He didn't say much, but seemed to always be watching and assessing everything. Everything he did was efficient and to a purpose - there were very few wasted efforts.
