The Slums
The poorest of the poor live here. They live in shoddily constructed houses built with 'trash' from the other districts. The Eternal Guardians will not go anywhere near here. It is dirty and filled with crime.
In the recent years some of the younger nobles have taken notice of this part of the city. They have attempted to use their money and influence to provide social programs for these people. Unfortunately, they do not have the backing of their parents and only so much can be done. They desperately what to change it for the better and try to see the good around them.
