The Draconic Quiver

The Draconic Quiver is owned by an unmarried woman and her brother, both of whom are members of a race that is common in the area. One of the owners is secretly a powerful archfey, and the other is being mind-controlled by a powerful entity. Before owning the tavern, one of the owners made a living as a writer, while the other lived a boring life. The inspiration for the tavern's name was free association. It was the first thing the owner thought of when asked for a name. It is a tavern of aristocratic quality, and its main draw is the bartender who remembers every regular's drink order.
The bartender at The Draconic Quiver is an elderly male human who is profoundly average looking. He is often almost humorous in disposition. His skin is midtoned, and he has white hair, kept in a long and loose style. Physically, he is uncommonly svelte.
On a typical night, the clientele at The Draconic Quiver can be described as decidedly clandestine. On this occasion, there are around twenty other people currently in the tavern. Several patrons are laughing in response to a joke. A few are playing chess, and some others are watching some performers. Leaning against the far wall, there is a depressed looking figure. They are in search of able-bodied adventurers to assist in the recovery of a kidnapped relative.
The rooms for rent at The Draconic Quiver are not quite spacious and pretty hygenic. There is currently one room available for rent. The cost for a night's stay is 9 sp, 6 cp. If the party spends the night in the tavern, nothing happens during the night and the party wakes up after a night's rest.
