Flaphouse

The Flaphouse is an inn owned by Jill Donwark.  The inn is famous for it's waffles, the owner claiming their recipe goes back over two thousand years, and that her family was responsible for introducing waffles to the region.

History

The Flophouse was previously owned by another and specialized in pancakes, before he lost it to Jill Donwark's grandmother in a contest on who could make the best food.  After her waffles bested his pancakes, he refused to accept the results and attacked her, and she proceeded to beat him to death with a hot waffle iron.  That waffle iron hangs on display in the inn, though many request to taste a waffle made from it, so it still gets much use (though not as a weapon!)
