Wharf Wardens
The Wharf Wardens are the official guard of the Mosaic District, and aim to keep the peace in the area. Often called the "Wage Wharfers" because they get involved too much into business deals, openly taking bribes and deals to sway the market in the area.
Fjord Hammelstark is the main leader of these guards, but the direct commander that oversees the Wharf Wardens would be Thaine Kuplar, a Tiefling Paladin of Ulmo who works outside of Hammelstark's Ship/Mansion.
