The Senara

The Senara is often confused with Senara, the town settled there.

Geography

All of the Senara is hilly or mountainous. Most of it is forested, but about 20% of it is just covered in harsh grasses. It composes about an an eighth of Thienid, in its northwestern corner.

Fauna & Flora

Senaran Vollak are the most prominent type of fauna in the Senara, since they eat just about anything else that tries to live there. There are a few small rodents that escape their notice, and the birds can usually keep away, but there are almost no good-sized animals around. White eagles are commonly seen flying, but you're not likely to see their nests since they make their homes so high in the pines around them. Not a whole lot grows in the Senara except for rough, dry grass and thistly flowers.
