Worldsingers

Worldsingers are Verdans that devote their lives to the studying of a planet or system and what happens there, collecting stories and collecting the history of the area. Worldsingers pride themselves in memorizing the small stuff, in exploring the universe and making sure nothing can truly die. Worldsingers are devoted to maintaining the history of the system, focusing on the smallest possible pieces of information in order to keep historical records.
Interestingly one of the things they speak of the least is their own history. They consider it taboo to focus on themselves over the history of others, and because of this the Verdan culture has slowly disappeared with time.
