Hive Cities

Hive Cities are the dwelling places of the Zith Tsar. Hive Cities are usually isolated, in far reaches of atmosphere-less moons or on Garush, filled by almost entirely Zith Tsar and consisting of powerful technology that makes Zith Tsar connect minds and be able to hear the thoughts of those around them. Hive Cities are usually isolationist and don't let any newcomers in, but some cities do accept visitors openly. The cities are extremely safe, semi-utopian, but also damaged by sentient nature: many Zith Tsar find ways to lie around detection and hide their thoughts on things to keep autonomy in this society.
Hive Cities are addictive in a way: few ever want to leave the safety they provide and it's easy to get used to the security of knowing the opinions of those around you. Plus, with Zith Tsar Techspeak, technology is incredibly reactive and connected to everything you do there. Many Zith Tsar struggle to leave these locations.

Functional Techno-Organic Mindlink

The city functions through use of a Techno-Organic Mindlinking Technology, often abbreviated to TOM Tech, which converts technological waves into detectable frequencies that can be picked up by the vibration based hearing of the Zith Tsar. The technology is very advanced and offers almost no usage to any non-Zith Tsar, making it almost only used in Hive Cities. They have a limited range which is loosely based on how much power they take in, and so many cities take shape centered around the TOM Tech core or, if the city is incredibly well off, around the towers that redirect the core's energy.
