The Veneer

The Veneer is the Archplane comprised of the fused realms of the Shadowfell and the Feywild, forced together after the Cosmic Sunder. This caused the Fey Courts to be struck as islands amongst a sea of Shadowfell lands, causing difficulty traveling across the Courts without magical aid.

Geography

• The Fey Courts: A number of islands trapped in the sea of Shadowfell lands, each ruled by a standing Fey Court. The three court collections are: The Element Courts, The Seasonal Courts, and The Courts of Time.
• The Shadowfell: The endless deathly plane that splits each of the Courts apart, filled with malevolent shadow beasts, naturally born undead, and other terrifying creatures.
