Gwyllion

The Gwyllion are a species of humanoid mountain dwellers. They are primarily female, with only 1 in 10 births resulting in a male, live twice as long as humans and are known for gargoyle-like features. They are one of the Five Fair Folk species who inhabit Morisulis along with the Alpen , Gwragedd, Gossips, and Korrigan.
They primarily live in the northern mountain ranges and take on human husbands at times, targeting bandits and vagrants.
As Fair Folk, they have a spell which can grant incomplete immortality. Their specialty are conditional deaths, where the blessed is able to survive everything but one specific condition. Like other Fair Folk, the spell wears off after 70 years, meaning the blessed will have a normal lifespan and not live indeterminately like a true immortal.
Their ruler is King Gwyn, a prolific hunter and warrior from the ruins of pre-Deywos.
