Brine Pools

The Brine Pools are an area in the Far Northeast of Albanos, an area where the seawater is a giant current of highly toxic industrial waste. Sometime during the last age, an environmental crisis caused a decrease/increase of the density of certain large bodies of water. This caused a migration of mass amounts of polluted water north into the arctic sea.

Nothing can grow or live around there for. very long and it is an incredibly dangerous area of the land. But many use the water from these pools for religious purposes and death rites, or even execution or funerary uses, since it can completely dissolve a body if mixed properly.

The Guilds of Salt utilize this water in their practices, but it is a very dangerous occupation to undergo.
