Dogma of the Dragons

Mots prominent religion of Scaesia, the Dogma of Dragons revolves aground the idea that each great dragon is godlike by nature. The older they get, the more powerful they grow as magic is pulled toward and trapped in them. When the continent of Scaesia was discovered by the first pioneers from the Continent, the land was ruled by the mighty wyrms. The first generation of “Dragon Princes” made the dragons their gods and were then allowed to govern the land themselves. After a little more than a century, all traces of the great drakes suddenly disappeared from Scaesia. Whether they left the land or killed each other, it was now time for the Dragon Princes, with their enhanced abilities, to fully rule. However, the power of the Dragon Gods did not entirely left Scaesia. Through pacts and worship, the priests of Scaesia are able to conjure many forms of magic to apply the will of their gods (and their own). Those worshipers however differ from other godly priest by the nature of their bond with their benefactor: the Dogma of Dragons is composed of warlocks, and not clerics of divine magic.
