Called "The Old Sun", Baerius rivals Aethre Nectarion in age. Widely respected throughout Scaesia and the Dragon Council, the Sun Prince has been a trusted and loyal advisor to the King for many years. A seasoned warrior, Baerius helped to calm many rebellions by force and diplomacy. Contrary to most of the princes, he doesn't show any distaste toward Mathios Ivesis and tires his best to ready the young man for the mantle of king.
