The years progress

In Alarkdum after the cross world people were so busy building everything back up and surviving that what was usually a week filled with 5 work days and 2 weekend days was now all work and no play and what was usually weeks and months simply turned into seasons instead and with the arrival of Viloid/Silvanus Summer become short and filled with magic leading to it being one big event, leads us to the present time where weeks and months arent a thing, summer is a short event rather than a city and so the year is built up like this.
The new year starts when winter ends determined by when Viloid is in sight again from behind the sun again which is also when {Season} Spring starts Spring lasts for around 90 days depending on when the Summer Solstice starts which is a "season" on its own but one that only lasts a few weeks until its over which then marks the start of {Season} Fall which again lasts for around 90 days until Viloid dissapears behind the sun again marking the start of {Season} Winter which again lasts for around 90 days before starting again at a new year

This cycle makes a whole year aroun 285 days long but since its based of the potition in its orbit the days in a year vary a little bit
