Viloid/Silvanus

Viloid is a planet/moon that is stationary and unmoving in the solar system. Earth comes around to it every years for a little while that causes all plants and wildlife to grow extremely rapidly. The "moons" mass pulls the planet and speed it up making the summer only last a few weeks.
Viloid is a bright green planet about the size of the earths moon whichcame during the Cross plane around 900 years ago and is actually the dead body of Silvanus made anew
The week comming up to the summer solstice Viloid can be seen as a little dot in the sky and as the solstice grows closer the planet grows bigger in the sky and at the peak it almost looks like they are next to another planet
