Pazerski Warehouse

This is the warehouse where smuggled weapons from the UMT are stored. The building is used to keep anything that the Pazerski plot requires it to hold.
Mayor Pavlina has marked the building as "waiting for repairs after major leaks" in official documents in order to avoid suspicion. The warehouse has no windows, and the door is always locked. Some of the neighbours have noticed that occasionally there are people entering and exiting the warehouse, especially during late hours. So far, they have assumed that the coming there are workers trying to repair the place.
There is also one permanent inhabitant of the Warehouse. There is kobold man living in the Warehouse, he operates as it's manager. The kobold is named Raxarith'krith, but he prefers to be called Rex. The man was saved from drowning by Sergiusz Hryc on his journey to Wysepka, and since then Rex has promised to serve Sergiusz in any way he can. He makes sure everything is in order at the warehouse. There are also some beds in the warehouse, to be used if someone in the plot needs to lay low. Rex makes sure these beds are ready, and he takes care of any ally in need of help, that is, any ally of Sergiusz.
