Mistkeeper Zhoe
Zhoe is a curious figure—neither wholly frog nor wholly Spirit—whose glowing red eyes and wreath of spirit-bloom flowers grant them a ghostly, luminous appearance. Their voice is soft as fog but carries a weight that stills even a crowd of pirates. Zhoe interprets the will of the Spirit Realm, which is tightly interwoven with the Lustrous Isles’ fate. Their visions are seen as sacred tides of fate, and no major decision is made without their reading of the Moon-Touched Basin, a pool where sea-spirits and echoes of memory swirl. Despite their mystical bearing, Zhoe is known to speak in riddles and smile when truths are half-revealed—believing mystery is a necessary part of all things sacred.
