Dura controls the Whisperwinds, a corps of spies, message-interceptors, and arcane surveillants. She believes that rebellion begins in thought and rumor, and her mission is to extinguish it before it takes flight. She is feared throughout Galecrest for her ability to manipulate wind-borne messages, alter memories, and trace conversations carried by air.
While she claims allegiance to Serexa, many suspect she serves a secret agenda—possibly seeking to become the next Grand Marshal herself through quiet purges and whisper-fueled betrayals.
