The casters of Mass Resurrection, a spell which requires their permanent death, live on as gods who represent their great sacrifice. For a few years, no one thought this was possible: the cost of Mass Resurrection is so great that it shouldn't even leave an idea of the caster behind. As it turns out, they're half right--something is wrong about these wounded gods.
