The places beneath Ornity are quiet and full of monsters, but they usually leave people alone if they're careful. These lands are dotted with dismal towns with low oversight, populated by workers who couldn't survive the Material Plane. Ornity's strategists and magicians search for potential threats and opportunities, sometimes founding villages as they go. Many captured soldiers are also kept here, where they receive Shadowfell Influence to a dangerous degree.
