Demographics
A huge amount of the population are families who at one point down their ancestry lived in peace under the brass dragons. Furbolgs,humans,dwarfs,and orcs live within this city. Many over the years have come to love and worship their new overlord in Vraxis but there is still a decent amount of citizens who wish to flee and rejoin their ancestral family. The Brass dragonborn that live within this city are slaves and treated like scum. Some Black dragonborns and nobility have moved into the city and have taken what they believe is their rightful place as the higher class. A sense of dread fills anyone who walks into the city for the first time. Floored by the drastic differences between the classes.
Government
Harbinger Eastus rules alongside a council he has created within the city that consists of other Black Dragons/Dragonborns and nobility within the city.
Defences
The city does not have a massive wall surrounding it like other cities within the bog do but instead the city relies upon the watch towers all around to give warning of any potential attack. While they city does not have a wall it is host to some of the most skills mercenaries and mages the bog has to offer,that if paid the right amount would be more than willing to lend their spells and swords to the bog.
Industry & Trade
Mercenaries work and slaves are the 2 biggest trade assets the city has to offer.
Infrastructure
A huge Colosseum has been built within the city for citizens to prove their metal in battle. Those who achieve a high enough rank within the Colosseum are granted entry into either Vraxis' army or the mage college in Almore depending upon their skill set.
Because they city is so close to the Gravebrook lagoon that is hosts to a large variety of deadly sea monsters a large infrastructure of monster hunting exists within the city.
Assets
Zel'Trian is really a jack of all trades master of none. While skilled blacksmiths,tailors,enchanters,leather workers, and all other sorts of skilled craftsmen exists within the city none of them are considered masters of what they do.

History
At it's conception Zel'trian was the capital city of the brass dragons. It was once a peaceful and loving city where everyone cared for one another and helped the city grow. However since Vraxis took over the city has done a 180 and is now a horrid place to live unless you are a black dragon/dragonborn or nobility within the bog. Citizens are regularly under fed and not carded for. The city has a massive amount of homeless within the city. One of the few ways to escape this poverty is to join the Colosseum. Those who find themselves owing money but have no way of paying it quickly find themselves and their love ones forced into slavery to repay their debt.
Tourism
Tourism is highly encourage within the city. One of the few places within the bog that it is encouraged. the intention is to pull skilled warriors and mages into the Vraxis' army.
Architecture
Keeping the initial architecture of the brass dragons tribal home the city has slowly upgraded to become more cold and callous than it ever was under the brass dragons rule. Many buildings and homes appear that they are barely being held together and could fall apart at any moment. However once you get closer in to the middle of the city it is filed with massive mansions and estates for the dragons and nobility within the city. A sense of dread fills anyone who walks into the city for the first time. Floored by the drastic differences between the classes.
