The Watching Eye

The Watching Eye is the royal palace in Elikos , Loftinia . Built by Peton Grayloft in 377 of the Fourth Age.
On the top floor of the palace a large telescope is placed under a retractable roof. According to legend the telescope holds 8 lenses, each with the ability to show locations otherwise impossible.
