Elikos is the capital city of Loftinia and located in the Eastern part of the country, often said to lie dangerously close to Loftinia's Eastern neighbour Fondland. It is famous for The Watching Eye palace from where the royal family rules Loftinia.

A large temple privately owned by Elna McRow. The cathedral is dedicated to the Emerald Maiden and is known for its floral architectural shapes.

The Playful Otter

In this three story inn, both citizens and travellers revel in food, drink and music. The establishment is owned by Nicola Ston and rumour has it that she allows the Secret Cup society to gather in the basement.
