Nezzu Kadan

Nezzu Kadan is one of two ruling Consuls in the Prismatic Republic, alongside Adulat Erobar. He is a black scaled dragonborn and leader of the Chromatic Party, and is known for his hardline policies against isolationism. Nezzu is something of a prodigy to the Prismatic Chamber, having risen from lowborn means to becoming a Senator, then leader of his party, and then a Consul, in a relatively short time, and at a surprisingly young age.
The name Kadan comes from an ancestor of Nezzu. They are an Amatari family.
