New Tokyo is the captial planet of Mishima.

Geography

New Tokyo is probably the most earth like planet discovered to date. Differences being is that doesn't have large continents like Earth but is instead made up of 10's of thousands of islands. The variety of islands is quite large and not completely understood. You can find large desert islands that receive almost no rain but within 1000 miles come across a tropical island that regularly receive torrential downpours . Its not sure how wind or hurricanes manage to completely avoid certain places.

New Tokyo is one of the first planets colonized by humans.

Tourism

Tourism is largely discouraged by the Mishima Corporation making it difficult to obtain such a visa. On the other hand Mishima does encourage visitors for the purpose of business and will often let such individuals stay longer as long their original purpose was involved in trade. Anyone finding themselves on New Tokyo might visit one of resort islands typically occupied by Mishimites. On a resort island you can indulge with drinking, relaxing on the beach or even high end government regulated prostitution.
