Yrrosi
Nestled in a verdant valley lies the farming village of Yrrosi. Here, rows of neat farms and pastures stretch out as far as the eye can see, tended to by generations of farmers. Despite the small population, Yrrosi is one of the biggest settlements in Argyra, with farm land that stretches for miles and miles. It is considered the heart of Argyra's agriculture and is home to all sorts of produce, especially vineyards and olive groves.
Yrrosi is made up of only a thousand people, most of which own or work on the farm land. People rarely every visits the town for reasons other than business, so there is a distinc lack of inns and taverns. Most visiting are given housing by Karametra's temple.
There is also a distinct lack of guards anywhere outside the Town Square. Wild monsters and other beasts are known to attack this place on occasion, but the people here have adapted to the threat. Farmers here are skilled fighters, and can take on most monsters without breaking a sweat. This discourages everyday thieves from stealing from them as well.
Current Rulers
Lord Aldéric de Beausoleil's family has overseen Yrrosi ever since the fall of Trax. When Mogis' army attacked the village during the Brothers' War, they made sure everyone evacuated. Time and time again this noble house has come to their citizens' aid, and have been entrusted with their safety for centuries. They have yet to fail the village, and their priorities have now fallen upon Aldéric, the oldest of all his siblings. Although he's still new this lordship, the townsfolk are confident his rule with be a peaceful one.Notable Locations

At the center of Yrrosi lies the town square. This cobbled district is where most establishments, government buildings, and other residencies are located. Those who do not directly live or work on farmland also live here, often in quaint cabins or townhouses. Market Square. The market square is a spacious open area, surrounded by charming buildings made of timber and stone. Colorful pennants and banners are strung overhead, fluttering in the breeze and adding a festive touch to the scene. Once every week there is a small gathering here, where farmers come to sell, buy, and trade local produce. It's a lively event full of stalls and music. On any other day of the week, it's nearly empty. The Gourd. This restaurant's charm lies in its rustic elegance. A fenced enclosure at the back houses several well-groomed horses, ponies, and other domesticated creatures. The Trotter's Trail is probably one of the most famed locations in Yrrosi. They are known to sell and rent high quality mounts, both for land and sky travel. For a higher rate, they even offer transportation services with skilled coachmen. The Pasture
The Pasture district surrounds the Town Square and spans for miles, created up almost entirely of farmland. All types of farms can be found here such as groves, orchards, vineyards, ranches, and so on. Here a temple dedicated to Karametra can be found, as well as a main road leading in and out of the city. Beausoleil Vineyard. Out to the far north is the Beausoleil Vineyard. It is one of the largest farms in Yrrosi, and the biggest vineyard in all of Aeziron. The vineyard produces a variety of wines, including rich reds and crisp whites, all of which are bottled on the estate. Visitors can sample these wines in the tasting room, which is adorned with oak barrels and a large map of the vineyard. Lord Aldéric de Beausoleil, or one of his family members, often makes appearances during the tasting events, regaling visitors with stories of the vineyard's history and the winemaking process. The Beausoleils' grandiose estate lies in the center of the vineyard. It has a sprawling courtyard with a fountain at its center, surrounded by rose bushes and fruit trees. The interior of the estate is decorated with fine tapestries, antique furniture, and oil paintings. Lord Aldéric de Beausoleil can be found here most days if not at the Town Square. Grove of Plenty. The Grove of Plenty is a garden and temple dedicated to the worship of Karametra. The Grove stands as a testament to time, having been around long before Argyra was founded as a nation. Back when the archons still ruled, this hidden garden served as a secret place of worship. It was a place of hope for those who lived their days in fear and misery. The Grove is a magnificent structure, harmoniously blending natural elements with architectural elegance. The temple is nestled within a grove of ancient oak trees, their branches reaching towards the sky. Its exterior walls are crafted from local stone and adorned with intricate carvings depicting bountiful harvests, grazing animals, and the cycle of the seasons. The actual garden itself is filled with blooming flowers, aromatic herbs, and carefully manicured bushes. A gentle stream flows through the center, symbolizing the life-giving waters that nurture the earth. Statues of Karametra, depicted as a serene goddess with actual crowns of wheat, are placed throughout the garden. Those within the grove that dedicate their life to Karametra are also dedicated to her people. The followers selflessly serve Yrrosi, often giving out free food, clothes, and shelter to anyone in need. Some of the priests here are also educated teachers and midwives. The Grove strives to be a place of support, and welcome all who enter the garden with grace and hospitality.History
Yrossi's Founding (308 BKD). Yrrosi was a city built while the Traxian Empire still ruled Aeziron. Yrrosi used to be a much bigger city, with even more farmland and buildings than there are today. It was also recorded that the people of these times lived through hardship after hardship. Farmers worked long hours to meet the archons' demands for food, but were never paid enough. Karametra's Guidance (32 BKD).A few decades before the fall of the archons, a farmer found the Grove of Plenty, an abandoned garden hidden within a dense thicket on her land. When she ventured further in, she swore to hear Karametra's voice offering her food and guidance. The farmer soon invited others to the garden in secret, and Karametra became a symbol of hope amongst many within Yrrosi. Archon's Fall (5 BKD). After the fall of the archons, many people left Yrrosi in the hopes for something better. Others stayed and continued working on their farms. Without the archons around, the people of Yrrosi were happy under the rule of an elected noble house, specifically the Beausoleils. The Grove of Plenty stopped being a secret amongst farmers, and part of the thicket was destroyed so that anyone could come and visit. Yrrosi's Destruction (4 BKD) Near the start of the Brother's War, Mogis decided to take out Yrrosi, since their crops were vital to Ioras' army. Mogis laid waste to the city, setting most of it on fire. Countless farms and homes were destroyed, and many innocent people died along with it. A few hours after the army left, rainfall stopped the fire from spreading any further. There wasn't much left of the city, but those that did survive tried to rebuild their homes. Yrrosi continues to stand to this day, but it will never be as grand as it was before Mogis' army came through and destroyed it. Some remnants of their destruction is still evident in the outskirts of town, where abandoned buildings still stand. Withering Crops (618 BKD). In recent years, crops in the Pasture have started to wither and wilt. No one has been able to find out the cause of this, or a way to fix it. But it has caused their supply to grow scarce.General Information
