Fiore Province
An extension of the Terrusian Imperium, the Fiore Province is its one foothold in the neighboring Flamelick Isles.
Structure
The Margrave is the executive governor of the whole province, with various advisors and ministers helping them manage the day to day happenings of life. They have power to act in the name of the Margrave, but this is limited and usually with written permission with the margrave's seal. From there, the next highest rank is that of commander, who handles martial matters for the margrave as directed and lead Fiore's forces in their stead. Then comes the captain of the guard who lead the guard forces. Magistrates operate independently of all with exception of the margrave's directions, handling both legal and civil disputes.
Culture
The people of Fiore are hardy, as they are descended from the original colonists that conquered the wilderness (for the most part). Life is not easy, resulting in strong work ethics, a value of strength, and strong sense of duty.

History
Fiore was founded in the thirty third year of the Era of Blossoms. Initially, colonization efforts were difficult. The jungle itself was an adversary, and they quarreled with some form of human from time to time, though it is unsure if any of their territory had ever actually been tread upon, as there had been no signs of intelligent life in the immediate area. While there were many casualties at first, the colony received a great bit of support from the mainland, especially with the convenience of air travel to facilitate certain functions. Overtime the jungle was either conquered or pushed aside to coexist with civilization.
Demography and Population
Primarily humans, elves, and dwarves, though there are a wide variety of scarce minorities. Most people live in or within the immediate area of towns and cities, though there are many that choose to brave further beyond, though it is a dangerous life and has such tend to make hardier people.

Fiore inhabits a vast portion of the central island, stretching across forest, jungle, meadows, and beach.

Legislative Body
While the Margrave can enact minor decrees and acts, for the most part the province follows most of the mainland laws. In some cases, special laws are passed by the Council of Eight specifically applying to Fiore.
Judicial Body
Bolkanoch houses the prime magistrate, or judge, while minor court houses sprinkled throughout the major settlements with lesser magistrates who adjudicate legal and civil issues.
Executive Body
The Margrave is in charge of maintaining law and order within the province. They raise the martial and peace keeping forces and direct them accordingly.
