It is said that every promise is recorded in "The Ledger," a massive tome hidden deep within their sanctum, said to contain the names of every debtor and the favors they owe. Those who left debts unpaid are marked by The Collector’s signature black eye emblem, warning others of their treachery and serving as a visible reminder of the Collectors’ reach.
