"Favors"

Favors are a form of currency in Nighthaven . Instead of paying in gold, one can opt to pay later, in the form of a favor. The higher the price, the more severe the favor. A health potion may require you to help someone move their furniture, while a magic item may require you to kill someone. When a favor is used in exchange for a good, the buyer’s name is noted down. When the time comes for the favor to be repaid, the buyer is tracked down by a group known as The Collectors.
