Ancient Council of Osteria

Explorers in the Golia system may find a previously undiscovred gateway.  Passing through ti will lead to a serious of systems controlled by an ancient adn powerful interstellar civilization.

  Far from the heart of the Federation is a civilization that is millions of years old, made up of various species of massive reptile people.  Their vessels are massive, and their technology is highly advanced.  Most of them are not necessarily hostile, but they will retaliate if attacked. The ruling council which unites the species of this civilization is made up of one member from each of the member clans.  Those are as follows. 
  Armor-Back Clan
A clan of short, stocky, heavily-armored reptiles with heavy bone knots at the ends fo theri teails. They are slow and cautious, and herbivorous in their diets. 
  Dagger-tooth Clan
A clan of tall, leggy, toned reptiles with long snouts filled with sharp fangs, from which they get their name. They are cunning hunters whose desire for prey has only mildly dulled over teh eons. 
  Horn-Head Clan
A thick, heavy-set race fo reptiles with bony armored frills growing off teh backs fo thei rheads, adn long horns growing forward from theri brows.  Some of them even have short horns growing from the ends of their snouts.  They are plant-eaters who are thoughtful and suspicious.
  Scythe-Claw Clan
The smallest clan, puttign them somewhat closer to average humanoid size.  They are athletic adn quick, with sharp claws adn fangs, including their sygniture scythe-claw on teh backs of their heels. They are cunningly-clever carnivores, but they have found peaceful ways to satisfy their hunger. 
  Skyfallen Clan
A clan of tall, wirey meat-eating reptiles with long, beak-like, tapered snouts. They are light adn nimbles, with long fingers, and sometimes vestigial webbing between tehir arms and body. It is believed that their ancestors once flew.
  Web-hand Clan
This tall, leggy herbicore clan has webbe ed fingers, adn almost bill-liek snouts. They prefer aquatic environments, adn any environment they control tends to be very humid. They tend to be thoughtful adn even-tempered, with a tendency towards artisty and performance..
