"The Metronome Man"

Kerro "Burnclaw" Schene claims that someone going by an old gnomish folktale name, "The Metronome Man", approached him with a prophecy: Mr. Donahue would die, and his son Dennis would be the downfall of The Hounds Guild, Kerro included, unless Kerro accepted his offer.
Ever since arriving at the Sundered Swamp, people have been smugly narrating the party's actions — past, present, and future — and even the man himself (in some form) has openly visited the party, taunting them and casually sending them back in time to fight what he claims is one of his old creations. If this man is to be believed, he is deeply filled with regret for his past actions, and he wishes to use his powers of time / reality manipulation to undo them.
His true identity is Pendel Codagio.
