Willbreaker's Wheel

A large base built by the Zelagans in the Primordial Desert. Willbreaker's Wheel is primarily used as an enslaving post, breaking the will of their strongest captives to add them to their ranks. The wheel is located in a desert hot spot. Specifically, an alcove within several dunes that seem to, at all times of the day, reflect the heat from the blazing sun onto the wheel.
