The Sol Theocracy

The greatest empire Aeterna has ever known, and likely will ever know. The Theocracy, as it is more colloquially known, is one of the oldest and longest lasting geopolitical organizations. It was formed shortly after the Great Betrayal by its self declared god king, Sol. He rules the empire since then, and although he had been banished from this world, he is still considered to rule the empire in name.
Though the Theocracy has been in decline for centuries, it still is technically the largest and strongest nation in the world.
