Mili Catack
Mili runs the Royal Artists Guild, or RAG. They're an incredibly talented vocalist and painter, best known for the "Dance of Elves" a painting showing the elves arriving into Requiem. They are considered a bit scatter brained, with a short temper and a small superiority complex. But they're also known to be very honest and incredibly loyal and many speak highly of them once they get to know them.
