The Tranquil Coast
The Tranquil Coast is the western coastline on the continent of Amerak. The coast is dotted by several merchant cities that trade and sail throughout the Tranquil Sea. Seven of these cities have formed a trading league, known as the League of Brennan. The Tranquil Coast region is bordered to the south by the Temekis Desert, and to the east by the Barrier Mountains and the Land of Nod beyond that.
A day and a half's journey west of the coast is the Peleset Archipelago, a collection of islands with which the League of Brennan do extensive business with for spices, fabrics, and other exotic goods that cannot be found on the mainland.
