The League of Brennan

The Tranquil Coast is dominated by the League of Brennan, a loose mercantile confederation of seven cities (called the “Seven Devils” by their detractors). The League is not a formal polity, and the member states do not always act in unison. Nevertheless, the League cities typically work in concert with each other to address outside threats.
