Mount Ashtelon

Far to the north is the great volcano, Mount Ashtelon. The monstrous mountain is said to have sprung from the ground where the pieces of Cyrene’s body fell to Aeryth like sprouts from a seed. According to legend, Ashtelon was birthed during the War in Heaven, when a piece of Cyrene's body struck Aeryth.

Ashtelon is active, and frequently smokes, but the volcano hasn’t erupted in well over a thousand years.
