Blackheart's Bay

Blackheart's Bay is a huge pirate city, located in the most dangerous part of the world, near Felez, Felis, and The Meet. Blackheart's Bay has long seen violent crime in its midst, and has rectified such behavior recently by banning all weapons and violent magic use on its grounds. Rows of ships just outside of the Bay frequently lower anchor to sell weapons. Since then, the population has exploded with black market merchants, a few escaped convicts, and others who have fled the twin mafia cities. A somewhat lawless place with a single rule to follow, Blackheart's Bay is a wonderful place to visit, if you have some street smarts.
