Miles Barrelbelt

Miles Barrelbelt is the captain of the guard in Tarrin. A patient individual, Barrelbelt is well-regarded by his guardsmen and liked by the people of Tarrin, enough that requests from the captain are usually met with willing compliance.
Barrelbelt is aware of the attack of the Black King on Elcott, thanks to information from the Crossing Guard. Though not certain as to the specifics of the dangers, as no one is, he showed willingness to help the group find information which may help them put a stop to the lich's plans.
